  No stars but this site won't let you do that ... I went into contract with this company on 9/11/17. 10% deposit they took. I asked for a 9/18 start date. On 9/15 they called after I packed up my rooms to be tiled and told me they could do the job on another date of 9/25. On 9/22 I called my sales rep., he confirms "yes" they're coming on the 25th. On the morning of the 25th the company calls to tell me they forgot to put the installer in their schedule. They then tell me they can come on 10/3 or 10/4. On 10/2 they call and say the installer is ill and can't do my job. So then they want to cancel my job. Nothing offered but "how would you like your refund?" 3 weeks I had my house packed, 3 times they cancelled my job. NO offer of any kind for my family, our plans or my time ...dumbfounded as to the awful customer service. Horrible treatment!
